Course Description In his groundbreaking book, Peter Senge defined a learning organization as a group of people who are continually increasing their capacity to create the results they want. As the landscape changes around us, we are collectively in a learning mode because we need to create and adjust. This session will review a basic framework for collective learning and illustrate three tools that leaders can use to increase aspiration, collaboration, and systems thinking, with a special emphasis on leading in cross-organizational settings.
