This course explains that personality-wise and management-wise, managers are either thinkers or feelers, according to Devora Zack. Basically, thinkers lead with their heads and feelers lead with their hearts. Almost nobody's 100% thinker or feeler, yet most of managers lean one way or the other. Working with—rather than fighting against— strengths are key to understanding not only how managers make decisions and manage but also how people react to their decisions and respond to them.
